Creative Pattern Workshops: Explore the mindful art of structured patterns through various engaging techniques such as, Zentangles, a relaxing and meditative method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. Increase focus, creativity, a sense of well-being and the potential to free one's mind, (become in a Zen State). Mandalas, Creating and/or coloring intricate circular designs that can promote meditation, self-expression, and a sense of wholeness. They can also help reduce stress and anxiety. Drawing Your Breath, a simple yet powerful technique that connect your breath with the movement of your hand on paper, promoting relaxation and body awareness.
Scream Painting Masterclasses: When desired. (Sectioned/Split sessions). Experience a powerful and liberating form of emotional release through vibrant and uninhibited painting. In a safe and supportive environment, you'll be encouraged to express intense emotions onto canvas fostering a sense of release, catharsis and profound self-discovery without judgement or expectation.
